Carter helping to mop!!Today was the first day we could start working on the house. The people who lived here before smoked and this bedroom was the worst. The walls were seriously brownish-yellow from the cigarette smoke. It was so disgusting!!! I had to mop the walls with bleach and water to try to removed the stains. The walls just ran brown. I have no idea why anyone would smoke, seriously if you saw the walls you would think twice!!! Thanks to my nephew Carter for the help today too!!!
After Kurt spent most of the afternoon ripping apart our Pepto pink bathroom, he needed a much deserved break. In the back my sister in law, Brittany and my nephew Carter came to get a closer look at Kurt takin' a bath. Carter was very worried that our tub was broke. (Thanks Ry for the picture, I'm sure Kurt thanks you too!!! LOL)

Our bathroom before most of the demo work started. More pictures to come tomorrow. By the time we left at 7:30 tonight the bathroom was completely torn apart. All that's left is the pink tile and the toliet. By Monday or Tuesday I should have a completely new bathroom. So be sure to check back for more pictures. That's all for tonight, I forgot how exhausting it is to remodel!!!
